This document constitutes a public offer by Tentorium.ae, a company duly registered under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and outlines the terms and conditions of purchasing goods through the website https://tentorium.ae (the “Website”).
By placing an order, the Buyer accepts all the terms of this Agreement.
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. Seller — T Park International FZE
1.2. Buyer — any individual or legal entity placing an order on the Website.
1.3. This Agreement governs the sale of goods through the Website.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Seller agrees to sell and deliver, and the Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the selected products.
2.2. Product details (name, price, description, delivery method) are available on the Website during the order process.
3. ORDERING PROCESS
3.1. Orders are placed via the Website interface.
3.2. The Buyer must provide accurate and complete contact and payment details.
3.3. An order is accepted after payment confirmation.
4. PAYMENT
4.1. Payment is made online through available payment gateways.
4.2. All transactions are processed by PCI DSS-certified providers.
4.3. The Seller does not store payment information.
5. DELIVERY
5.1. Delivery is carried out to the address specified by the Buyer.
5.2. Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout.
5.3. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon handover to the courier.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
6.1. Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
6.2. All returns are handled in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.
6.3. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.
7. LIABILITY
7.1. The Seller is not responsible for damages resulting from improper product use.
7.2. The Seller is not liable for third-party service disruptions (payment/delivery).
7.3. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
8. PERSONAL DATA
8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy published on the Website.
8.2. All data is stored exclusively on secure servers within the UAE.
8.3. The Buyer consents to the processing of personal data when placing an order.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their control.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1. This offer is valid from the date of publication and remains in effect indefinitely.
10.2. The Seller may amend this Agreement by publishing an updated version on the Website.
10.3. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the UAE at the Seller’s registered location.
